Accessibility

Accessibility statement for this website.

This website (somariskstudio.com) is run by Risk Studio Ltd. This statement covers this website only — it is not a certification, and it is not a statement about the SOMA Risk Studio product application, which has its own, separate testing programme. Last updated 20 July 2026.

01 · Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this site.

We want this website to be usable by people who navigate with a keyboard, screen reader, voice control, magnification, high-contrast settings or reduced-motion preferences. We test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We would rather state our testing honestly than claim more than we have evidenced.

02 · Current status

Partially conformant. No certification claim is made.

Automated checks currently pass with zero reported violations against WCAG 2.2 AA. The named manual review that a fuller conformance claim would need has not yet been completed. This is the same boundary set out on our evidence & status page, which is the single source of truth for what is open across the whole product and site.

03 · What has been tested

Automated evidence, on every route.

Every page is scanned with axe-core against the wcag2a, wcag2aa and wcag22aa rule sets, at two viewport sizes — desktop (1440 × 1000) and mobile (390 × 844) — with reduced motion enabled. The current result is zero reported violations across 24 routes and both viewports.

The three downloadable PDF companions linked from the resources page are tagged PDF/UA-1 documents, machine-checked for structure, headings, reading order and embedded fonts before publication.

04 · What has not yet been tested

Automated scanning does not prove every criterion is met.

Before this website can be described as fully conformant, the following named manual review remains open:

  • complete keyboard-only navigation, across every page and form;
  • screen reader use (for example NVDA or VoiceOver);
  • zoom and reflow up to 400%;
  • forced-colours and high-contrast display modes; and
  • reduced-motion preferences.

This matches the open manual-accessibility item recorded on our evidence & status page. If you find a barrier in one of these areas, or any other, please tell us — do not wait for us to find it first.

05 · Reporting an accessibility problem

Tell us what happened. We will reply.

If you hit a barrier using this site, email [email protected] with the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what happened — plus your browser and assistive technology, if you know them. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two working days.

06 · Preparation of this statement

How and when this statement was written.

This statement was prepared on 20 July 2026, based on the automated testing described above. We will review it again once the open manual review completes, and whenever this website's design changes materially.
